Use of Service
Gi-QR Card provides digital card creation, QR sharing, public card hosting, add-on access, and related account features. You must use the service lawfully and only for content you have the right to publish.
Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials and OTP access secure.
- You must notify the platform immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans, Addons, and Billing
- Plan and addon availability may control which fields and features are accessible.
- Pricing, validity, and inclusions shown at checkout apply to the selected purchase.
- Failed or disputed payments may affect feature access, card activation, or renewals.
Prohibited Conduct
- No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content.
- No malware, spam, phishing, or unsafe redirect behavior.
- No attempts to interfere with platform security, uptime, data, or API access.
Liability and Changes
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Features, pricing, and terms may change over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
