Do I need to reprint my QR when details change?
No. The printed QR stays the same. You update the card content from your dashboard, and future scans open the latest version.
Why are Menu or Services sometimes locked?
Those can be controlled by your selected plan or by addons. If they are not included in your base plan, they only appear after the relevant addon is active.
How does location work?
The card can use Google Maps search, the free OpenStreetMap stack, or a pasted Google Maps share link, depending on platform configuration. Public viewers open the saved destination directly from the card.
Can I protect my card with a passcode?
Yes, if the platform admin has enabled the feature. Then you can turn on password protection per card and set your own passcode.
