Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Gi-QR Card handles cancellations, digital service refunds, duplicate charges, and exceptional review cases.

General Refund Rule

Digital plans, renewals, and addons that have already been successfully activated are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless a verified payment or activation error occurred.

Refund Review Cases

  • Duplicate or accidental repeated charge.
  • Technical payment issue where the service was not properly activated.
  • Operational error confirmed by platform records.

Non-refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after successful activation.
  • Partial use of a digital plan or addon.
  • Account or card restrictions caused by policy violations.
  • Issues caused by incorrect user input or misconfiguration.

Cancellation

If future renewals are offered, cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically reverse previously completed successful charges.

Contact the support channel published on this website and include your account identifier, transaction or order reference, purchase date, reason for request, and any supporting screenshots.
