Gi-QR Card collects and processes data to create digital cards, manage QR destinations, process payments, and provide platform security and analytics.

Account information such as mobile number, email address, password hash, referral data, and role information.
Card and profile data such as names, contact details, links, descriptions, logo/media, menu sections, service sections, and location details.
Transaction and billing records such as selected plan, addon purchases, payment references, and payment status.
Technical and usage data such as IP address, device/browser details, session activity, logs, and scan analytics.

How We Use Information

To create, manage, and display digital cards and QR-linked destinations.
To authenticate users and admins through password, OTP, and verification flows.
To process purchases, renewals, refunds, and operational support requests.
To provide analytics, monitor abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and Retention

We may share data with payment processors, OTP or communication providers, hosting partners, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data. Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, compliance, dispute handling, and platform security.
